Topical Botox Available by 2013

If you read the interview that I did with Dr. Schultz about getting rid of and preventing crows feet, you saw that topical Botulinum toxin (aka: Botox) is on the horizon. Dr. Schultz said that they expect it to be available in 2013, just a year away.

When I asked Dr. Schultz if the results were the same as the injectable Botulinum toxin, he said exactly. He said he's seen the results with his own eyes.? He said it will take about 30 minutes in the office and last 3 to 4 months. Wow!

I have a friend who told me that she had Botox injections in her forehead and the needle was so tiny that there wasn't any pain, but whenever I see people having the injection done of TV, it looks so painful.? I love the idea of topical Botulinum toxin.? I told Dr. Schultz that topical was something I could sign up for!

What about you? Would you be more willing to try Botox if it was a simple gel that was applied to the skin's surface by a dermatologist? Take our poll below. And if you've had injectable Botulinum toxin, share your experience with us.
