That's not the normal reaction after waxing. Any esthetician who doesn't have their clients fill out a skincare form or have a thorough consultation before waxing may have had someone come back the day after their service asking 'What in the world did you do to me?'
The answer in this case isn't in what the esthetician did while waxing, like using too hot of wax, rather what they didn't do. Ask the important questions. The person was using Retin-A, a prescribed topical form of Vitamin A that rapidly exfoliates the skin.
