Silk'n Hair-Ridding Results
I would say my legs have about a 70% hair reduction and my underarms about 45% from six treatments. The disappointing part is that I have more hair now, after my sixth treatment, than the results from when I finished up my fourth.Things were going so well, and I was very happy with the results after my fourth treatment (read review) when I had an eyeball estimate of 60% hair reduction in my underarms and about 75% on my legs. Then right before my fifth treatment, hair that was gone started to sprout back again, especially in my underarms. Hair again slowly became reduced down from my fifth and sixth treatment. I was surprised at the re-growth using Silk'n because this didn't happen when using Tria laser at home, hair that was gone through treatments stayed away.
Another Cartridge
During my fifth treatment I had to change the cartridge for the third time. It's extremely easy to do, and a warning light comes on to let you know when you're getting close.New Model Appears
Silk'n SensEpil was released, so I was able to try that for my sixth treatment. It uses the same technology as the original Silk'n, but has a built-in skin sensor and some other cosmetic changes at a lower price. I still have more treatments to go. I'll be sure to keep you updated on my ongoing results, get the latest through my hair removal newsletter.Update
Read my results after ten treatments in Part V.As is common in the beauty industry, the writer was provided with Silk'n for the purpose of reviewing it. The system will be returned back to the company when she's completely done with doing all of the necessary treatments.
