Cocoa Butter Body Scrub by The Body Shop is one of my must-have body scrubs. In fact, it's in my shower as we speak. If you are a fan of cocoa butter products, this one will not let you down. With fine grain rice and almonds mixed with organic sugar and salt, your skin gets a great exfoliation. Jam-packed with cocoa butter and oils, your skin will feel smooth and soft.

You can use this skin on your entire body from the neck down. Take a scoop full of scrub and rub it gently in a circular motion to slough off dead skin cells and boost circulation. Exfoliate before you shave your legs, and you'll be guaranteed a smoother shave.

This exfoliator gets rave reviews. On makeupalley.com, 76 users gave this a 4.6 out of 5.0 "lippies" and 89% would purchase again. At $20 for the large tub, some people feel the price is a bit high. If you do some research however, you'll see that this falls right in the range of middle of the road body care products. Relax and Wax Scrub

The Bottom Line

So far Relax and Wax products have not disappointed me. They have done it again with their Scrub Me Luscious Lemon Drop exfoliating product. This is not your typical Victoria’s Secret sugar or any other scrub that leaves you feeling greasy or dry. This is a wonderful product that is great whether you struggle with waxing bumps or not.

This scrub was all mine! While in the shower I used the scrub to exfoliate the dead winter skin that has plagued me for the last two months. I loved the scent but it was a bit strong. It reminded me of the hand cleaner my Dad used in the garage, but, nonetheless it was clean smelling. I don't think the scent is very masculine so I imagine that most men would think it to be too girly.

The feeling I got while using the product was blissful. It's similar to a salt scrub in texture but did not cause any cuts that I usually get. My skin felt soft and smooth. It felt moisturized and not greasy. My legs looked healthier after using it!

Using it Pre and Post Leg Waxing

I had to give this to a friend to use before and after her leg waxing. I was not too happy about that but it's for the good of all mankind, right? Well, it was much easier handing it over with that in my head.

Michelle used it just before her waxing and a day after. She also continued to use it two times a week until…it was no more. She used the entire jar of product. She said it really helped with any ingrown hair and kept them away. She loved the product so much, she ordered another jar from the website. She was such a great client, she even got me another jar!
