Question: Banish Cellulite with a Cellulite Massager
I have cellulite on my thighs. I've been exercising for the past 6 months and I have yet to see a difference. Summer's here, and I'm sad that I won't feel comfortable in my swim suit. I've heard about cellulite massagers; do they work?
Cellulite, it's a problem for many women. While you might think that it only affects you, you're entirely wrong. I know you said you're self conscience about wearing your suit this summer, but please do me a favor the next time you're at the beach; look around! Women come in many shapes and sizes and as long as your confident in your suit, you'll look fabulous. That said, I know that cellulite is something that people want to avoid at all costs. While you could go for professional cellulite treatment, why not try a cellulite massager at home? This is something you must do on a daily basis, but if you do, you will see a reduction in your cellulite dimples.
Invest in a cellulite massager like The Body Shop: Cellulite Massager. This is a rubber massager with different shaped knobs that you'll rub onto your skin. What you'll want to do is to apply a massage oil or if you'd like, a specific cellulite removal lotion, but it's not necessary. Apply the oil on you problem areas and then massage with the massage for a good 5 minutes. Using this type of a massager will stimulate circulation deep under your skin and break down the cellulite bit by bit. It's not a quick fix, and it's not something that you can do for a month and quit. If you do this on a regular basis, you will see reduction in your cellulite.
